Shipping Policy — Fragancia California

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (PST) will be processed the next business day.

  • Fragancia California reserves the right to deny or cancel any order that shows incorrect information, unverified payment, or signs of fraud.


2. Shipping Times

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated transit times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.
    Fragancia California is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or any external factors.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • No changes can be made to the address once the order has been shipped.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once the order ships, the customer will receive an email or message containing the tracking number and a tracking link.

  • Fragancia California is not responsible for carrier-related delays or tracking inaccuracies.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Fragancia California is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Damages caused during transit

For any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.


7. Returns Due to Absence

If a package is returned by the carrier due to recipient unavailability, failure to pick up, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the order resent.


8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Fragancia California does not guarantee delivery times for international shipments.


9. Restricted Orders or Fraud Review

  • If an order appears suspicious, Fragancia California may hold, cancel, or request additional payment verification.

  • If an order is canceled due to suspected fraud, any refund will be issued only to the original payment method.
